I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and hold a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University.
Before founding BeVolve Coaching, I served as Legal Counsel with the Department of Justice Canada, advising on complex, high-profile litigation with significant financial and policy implications. My work required strategic judgment, discretion, and the ability to navigate politically sensitive environments.
Operating within complex federal systems shaped my understanding of leadership under pressure — where decisions carry weight, performance is visible, and responsibility is shared across layered stakeholders.
My coaching approach reflects that experience. It is thoughtful, rigorous, and grounded in systems awareness. I partner with clients who value clarity, integrity, and sustainable impact.
Originally from British Columbia, I continue to draw perspective from time spent outdoors and in reflective practice. Leadership, in my view, is strengthened by both strategic thinking and internal alignment.
